  • 1.5 oz rye whiskey
  • 1.5 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino (or another sweet vermouth)
  • 1 bar spoon Zirbenz


  • Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  • Stir until properly diluted (20-30 seconds).
  • Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
